Values were rising so fast, I decided to rent for a year before selling after I moved out of CO. So not only did Rick handle my sale, he handled renters moving out (and fixing those issues), me living across the country, and, if that weren't enough, the worst hail storm in ages. He hired my roofing contractor and had the roof fixed. He hired a handy man to do a lot of little fix up to make the house shine. And he hired a stager, since all my things had been moved out. Rick really knows the Berkeley area well, but I thought he was aspirational about asking price-again he was right. If I move back, he will be my first choice in Denver.
