LOHI Vista was a unique townhouse project located at 3150 Zuni Street along the rezoned corridor between Speer Blvd. and 32nd Ave. The design and concept was established to take advantage of the higher density, vertical attributes of the new zoning while still capturing the stunning views of downtown Denver. After failing to complete the full construction process, the original development team returned the property to their lender – First Tier Bank Cheyenne, WY. Red Chair Realty was then hired by the bank after interviewing several top agencies in town to assess the project, develop a marketing plan, and to successfully bulk sale the property direct to an institutional investor.
