For Inca29, Red Chair Realty and Rick Flanagan were hired by a regional property asset manager (representing an international owner) to assess and dispose of two key elements of this townhome project. Each of the residences were unique as they were the largest endcaps of the 29 homes, offered a private 4-stop elevator and included exceptional interior finishes. Red Chair Realty coordinated third party vendors to complete certain unfinished interior elements including optimizing the rooftop deck space. Rick and his team then developed an effective targeted marketing strategy that successfully sold out the project within the client’s given timeline.
